Spread the cost with direct debit

If you’d prefer to spread the cost of your Memory Plaque, direct debit is available.

Small plaque: £5.50 per month
Large plaque: £8.50 per month

To set up a direct debit, please call our team on 03000 274040 and we’ll be more than happy to help.

Additional Direct Debit information:

Direct debits can be scheduled for 1^st or 15^th of the month.
Plaque will remain in place for as long as the direct debit is paid. If you would like to cancel, we will take the plaque down and it can be collected from the fundraising office or posted to your home address.
All plaques ordered whether by a single payment or direct debit will be installed keeping to the 3 monthly rota.
Direct debit payments will start from sign up.
