Cransley Hospice Trust is proud to stand alongside hospices across the UK in the latest round of the national This is Hospice Care campaign, running from the 16th – 28th February 2026 — sharing real stories that show what hospice care truly means.

Every challenge starts with a single step – and every step you take helps ensure local families receive the compassionate care they deserve from Cransley Hospice Trust. Whether you’re chasing a personal best, conquering a fear, or simply looking for a fun day out, there’s a challenge with your name on it.

Dedicate a memorial plaque in memory of someone you hold in your heart. There are four options available – small or large plaques, for either one year or three years – and you can choose the location that feels most meaningful to you. Your dedication will do more than create a lasting tribute. Every plaque purchased helps us to continue making ‘every moment matter’  for patients and families across North Northamptonshire who need compassionate hospice care at the end of life.
