Every moment matters

“Our aim is to support and improve the provision of modern hospice care across North Northamptonshire. We do this by raising funds to invest in improving and making services more accessible as well as helping people understand their situation better.

“The efforts of you, our supporters, who continue to raise so much, even in challenging times, is humbling and inspirational.

“Your help and contributions enable us to support so many more families who are living through a life-limiting illness.

“Thank you for your generosity and I hope you will continue to support us.”

Philip Talbot
Chief Executive

Where it began

Cransley Hospice and the associated charitable trust has come a long way since it was founded in 1998 on the ground floor of Sunley Court having been formed by Dr John Smith. Until then Dr Smith had been caring for patients in the Cransley Ward at St Mary’s Hospital (hence the name of the hospice, and the charity, today!)
