Volunteering for Cransley Hospice Trust

Volunteer for us

We have a team of over 100 dedicated volunteers helping us raise vital funds in our shops, supporting our fundraising team in our community, working with us in our offices and making up the Board of Trustees.

Our volunteers play a key role in helping us to support the much-needed services for end of life care across North Northamptonshire.

Volunteer in our shops

Our friendly team of shop volunteers often tell us how much they get from the volunteering role, in the knowledge that they are supporting such a worthwhile cause whilst also enriching their own lives.

Student volunteering

We welcome students and young adults to get involved in volunteering to make a positive impact in our community.  If you are currently working towards a Duke of Edinburgh Award please contact us for opportunities at bronze, silver or gold level.

Why become a volunteer for Cransley Hospice Trust?

Our volunteers fulfil a vital role for Cransley Hospice Trust, helping to raise funds to support and develop hospice care for our community.  We are exceedingly grateful to each and every one, and appreciate that we would not be able to raise the funds we do without their generous support, time and expertise.

It motivates us knowing that we’re doing something good and our time is being put to good use. It gets us out and about, widens our social circle and helps to keep us both physically and mentally fit.

Volunteering for Cransley Hospice Trust is my way of giving back. Having had a loved one use the services, I know how important it is to support my local hospice charity.
