Working with Funeral Directors
If your chosen funeral director is paying in donations collected at the service on your behalf, they will usually do this directly through our website or by post.
Once we receive the collection, we will send a receipt and a letter of thanks to your funeral director to pass on to you. If they have shared your contact details with us for this purpose, we will send this confirmation directly to you.
As we don’t always know in advance when a collection is on its way, please do not worry if you do not hear from us straight away. If you are expecting confirmation or have any questions at all, please get in touch by calling us on 03000 274040.
