You may imagine that Christmas would be one of the most difficult times of year in the hospice, with the heartbreak of what the future holds.
But what overwhelms us every year is the joyful and uplifting moments that we witness and the very special memories that our incredible clinical team enable for the patients and families in their care.
We sat with the amazing team at Cransley Hospice and asked them what makes Christmas special, and what their favourite memories are.
