Remembering someone special

Losing a loved one can be a very difficult time and everyone deals with their grief differently. We know that doing something in memory of someone you have loved and lost can help with the healing process and ensure that while they may no longer be with you, they will never be forgotten.

Keep your special memories alive

Thanks to money raised and donations gathered by people like you, Cransley Hospice Trust is able to continue to support and develop specialist end of life care for the people of North Northamptonshire.

As my husband’s carer, help came when I most needed it and gave me the strength to carry on for which I am truly grateful.

Cransley gave us all a gift – the chance to enjoy mum in her final weeks. Caring for mum had become very difficult and that stress was completely lifted from us, allowing us to focus on making memories.

Create a “Tulip Tribute” page

Creating a Tulip Tribute page online for your loved one gives you a permanent space for you, family and friends to remember them with photos, thoughts and life stories.

You can visit your tribute on special days to light virtual candles or give virtual gifts.

Your Tulip Fund allows you, your family and friends to donate or do fundraising events in your loved one’s memory.

You can write a simple message, leave a picture or simply state their name and their star will shine brightly in our ’Tulip Field’ for all to see for years’ to come.

Make a dedication

Leave a personalised message with a photo in our beautiful tulip field in memory of your loved one.

Funeral collections

Donations can be collected from well-wishers at funerals or made in lieu of flowers.

We can provide special envelopes for collections, provide you with a collection tin and help you with wording for your ‘Order of Service.’

You can make a donation online or you can send cheques made payable to Cransley Hospice Trust to:

Cransley Hospice Trust, John Notley, St Mary’s Hospital, 77 London Road, Kettering, Northamptonshire, NN15 7PW.

Share your story

Share your story with the Cransley Hospice Marketing Team to enable us to raise awareness of the essential services the hospice provides.

Many people are not aware of a hospice or the services that it provides until they or someone close to them needs specialist care.

We will not take up much of your time – and will show you support and compassion as you share your memories with us.

To find out more or to share your story with us, you can email us at marketing@cransleyhospicetrust.org.uk call the Fundraising Office on 03000 274040 or contact us via our social media channels. We would be so grateful to hear from you.
