We’ll give each group (of roughly 5) secondary school students a £5 note to start their very own business doing whatever they choose. Every penny each team makes will be donated to Cransley Hospice Trust. Not only will they be gaining incredible real life skills in teamwork, problem solving, and become business savvy, but they’ll also support end of life care in North Northamptonshire.

We’re encouraging students to put their entrepreneurial hats on and aim for success!
We ask that if, for any reason, a group doesn’t manage to make any proceeds, the initial £5 to be returned to Cransley Hospice Trust.
We’ll provide your school with all the support needed to get started.
Flourishing Fivers runs from September 2025 to July 2026 so there’s plenty of time to make their businesses boom!

Flourishing Fivers will support end of life care for patients facing life-limiting illnesses and their families.
- A £15 donation could pay for a group therapy session for a patient
- £55 could pay for a home visit by a Cransley Hospice Nurse Specialist
- £755 could pay for a patient at the hospice for 24 hours
