We Remember: A Special In-Memory Installation at Chester House Estate

Join us on Sunday 17th May 2026 from 2:30pm for a gentle and uplifting hour, where we come together to remember and celebrate those we hold dear. In a supportive and welcoming setting, you’ll be invited to read and reflect on your loved one’s plaque, accompanied by music and shared memories.

We Remember is a unique and heartfelt in-memory installation set within the stunning grounds of Chester House Estate. This moving display of handcrafted oak pillars bears the names of loved ones, creating a peaceful and meaningful space for quiet reflection and remembrance.

We warmly invite you to honour someone special by dedicating their name or a treasured memory on one of these memorial pillars. We Remember offers a place to gather with family and friends, to share stories, remember together, and find comfort in the calm, natural surroundings of Chester House Estate. Your loved one does not need to have received care from Cransley Hospice to be part of this special tribute.

There are four plaque options available:

• Small or large plaques
• Time period of one or three years
  
  By purchasing a plaque, you will be supporting the development of local hospice care in North Northamptonshire, ensuring families can access the care and support they need during difficult times.
