Cransley Hospice Trust is honoured to present We Remember, a unique and heartfelt in-memory installation at the stunning Chester House Estate. This poignant display of beautifully crafted oak pillars will feature the names of loved ones, offering a meaningful space for remembrance and reflection.

We invite you to honour someone special by dedicating their name or a cherished memory on one of these powerful memorials. We Remember provides a dedicated place to gather with family and friends, share memories, and reflect in the serene surroundings of Chester House Estate. Your loved one does not need to have received care from Cransley Hospice to be included.

There are four plaque options available:

• Small or large plaques
• Time period of one or three years
  
  By purchasing a plaque, you will be supporting the development of local hospice care in North Northamptonshire, ensuring families can access the care and support they need during difficult times.
