This Christmas, Cransley Hospice Trust invites you to ‘Gift a Magic Moment’. With your generous support, we aim to create special moments for patients receiving hospice care across North Northamptonshire.
Gift a Magic Moment This Christmas

Big or small, your donation makes a difference
Every moment matters
For those receiving care during the Christmas period, it can be an emotional time for patients and their families. Gifting a moment is about making every moment matter —whether it’s helping a loved one spend Christmas at home, fulfilling a heartfelt request, or providing comfort through compassionate care.
By donating today, you can help us provide the extra care and attention that makes all the difference, creating moments that patients and their families will treasure forever.

Your donation could help a family like Gemma’s
“If you have to visit Cransley you’ll find a place full of gentle kindness, laughter, love and amazing support. I can’t thank them enough.”
Hear how hospice care helped Gemma and her husband Kyle before he died.

How your donation helps
Hospice care is about ensuring dignity, comfort, and peace for every patient. With your help, we can continue to meet the growing needs of our community this Christmas.
Your donations directly fund the services that make these magic moments possible:
- A donation of £15 could pay for a group therapy session, giving patients the opportunity to connect, share, and find comfort together.
- A donation of £55 could fund a home visit by a Cransley Hospice Nurse Specialist, allowing patients to receive expert care in the warmth of their own home.
Whatever you can afford to give is greatly appreciated.

Who your money helps

The ladies at Cransley Hospice were amazing from the minute we entered the front door. It didn’t feel like you were in a hospice.

It meant we could go in and enjoy the time with Mum, being her kids and not her carers.

It was beautiful the way he tucked his blanket under his chin and just went to sleep. There was no pain.
What we do
Our fundraising currently supports a range of end of life care services for our community. These include; inpatient hospice care at Cransley Hospice in Kettering, Hospice at Home services, specialist support clinics, wellbeing support, bereavement services, training and the provision of online information to provide help and guidance to patients, families and medical practitioners in North Northamptonshire.
