Join us in going GREEN between the 5th and 11th October 2026. Kindly sponsored by Yusen Logistics.

Hospice Care Week is the perfect opportunity to celebrate the importance of Hospice Care nationwide – and the best way to do this is by getting involved with your local hospice fundraising!

Together with your support, we’re aiming to raise an incredible £18,000 during GO GREEN week to fund a better end of life experience for people with a life-limiting illness in our community…because every moment matters.

How to get involved

Wear something green, gather a group of friends, family or colleagues and host a green party, have a green bake sale… or even donate your unwanted quality goods to our charity shops. There are many ways to support!

Make a difference

Last year, with your help, we raised our a total £15,000 for Cransley Hospice. This year, we would love to go even further by raising £18,000! We know this is possible with your support. This amount could help many more patients and families within our community.

Will and George’s story

Brothers Will and George Groenland have been inspirational in their fundraising efforts for Cransley Hospice Trust. Together they share their experience of the care provided for their beloved Mum, Louise, when she was an in patient at Cransley Hospice in 2025.

Making every donation count

Join ‘Go Green for Cransley’ this #HospiceCareWeek to bring comfort and vital support when it’s needed most. Your support could help fund 28 days of specialist care, from dedicated physiotherapy and occupational therapy sessions to precious children’s memory boxes and comfort teddies.

Walk the Green Way!

If you are not sure how to support us throughout the week, join us at Stanwick Lakes on Sunday 11th October for a 5K or 10K walk to Rushden Lakes.

End the week on a high by coming together with the community to raise awareness of the vital services provided by Cransley Hospice during #HospiceCareWeek.
